We fell in love with the Bela model when we first walked into the model home. The sizable open-concept living area was something most builders are moving towards; however, the standard features of the Bela model such as the soft-close shaker cabinets were costly upgrades from others. We reached out to the Monna Homes team and they showed us their inventory of lots and we were able to pick out the perfect location for our family. The buying process was easy and we were able to choose the right options for our budget. We love our home and are happy to be raising our family in it.

When we decided to look for our new home, we wanted more for our money. We refused to settle. Our search ended after we found the Melissa Model by Monna Homes. We fell in love with the many features that are included in the Melissa model. Just to name a few: the spacious 2-car garage, high vaulted ceilings, beautiful master bed and bathroom, tiles throughout the entire house and the lovely open floor plan. We just had to say yes! Monna Homes is very professional, easy to work with and is meticulous in the design of their homes.

We decided to work with this builder after we walked through a home that was for sale by the builder, we fell in love with the open floor plan and the finishes and when we sold our home and were ready to build we reached out to the builder’s realtor and began the process. We made one small upgrade, but otherwise it had everything we wanted without having to upgrade. We were able to pick the lot from several that they owned as well as pick the floor plan and many of the finishes. The process was seamless for the most part and very quick, any small issues we’ve come across have been fixed in a timely manner. We are so grateful they were able to bring our dream home to life!
